The dance recital was perfect, Alicyn did great. She loved every single minute. This year was a bit more stressful for mom since its our first recital that required costume changes. Some of the expert dance mom gave us some tips at the dress rehearsal that saved a ton of time. Who would have thought to put both tights on so that you just have to pull the top pair off for the next dance. This rookie sure didn't. I guess I better get with the program cause Alicyn will be a Mini Diva this fall, that means lots of dance, a competition, conventions and even more costume changes. She is so excited to be on the Energy Dance team! The girls have all made major improvements of the last year. Costumes are going to be a pain but its all worth it - she loves it.
