Yes, yes I know. I have not blogged in like 3 months. And yes yes I know, I need to take the time to do this before I forget what happened. I am 36 now so the memory is beginning to fade. This year for Halloween, Alicyn wanted to be Pippi Longstocking. Her and Rich watched the movie, and she has read the book. We went to the local thrift store and found all the stuff for her costume for $7. Nice change to the normal $40 costume that falls apart before you get home. She even got those lace up ropers included in the $7 bucks. Can't get much better than that. Our neighbor sewed on a few patches and she was miss matched and a perfect Pippi! Jaxon, was also easy on the pocket books this year, he wanted to be Batman again, so I am calling him Batman2. We went to the store, showed him all kinds of other costumes but he was set on Batman. I was against this idea, but Rich convinced me otherwise and we went with it. Im glad we did too cause his costume fit perfectly and he was happy as a clam. We continued with the tradition from the last many years and went to Manor to T or T with friends, but not before stopping in our neighborhood and my parents.

Had to hit the neighbors early before going out to Manor. There are not many kids in the 'hood so they take what they can get. LOL.

Jaxon might be a bit irritated that he is having to take a picture. Come on man, you are sitting next to a princess for God's sake, not many guys get that opportunity!
