The best part of Panama....coming home to these 2!

So I have been in a slump, I have had plenty to say just not a minute of time to say it. I have been asked countless times where in the world I have been, cause this poor blog has been suffering for the last oh 30 days or so. (at least from the main author, although Rich has kinda gotten into this whole blog thing).

I'll start with November, since that month came and went before I could tell you anything cool that happened. As a matter of fact, i am just realizing that I don't even have Halloween pictures up yet. Sheeh. I guess I am too busy trying to be mom, manager of people that need their hands held, potty trainer, dance driver, flower girls mom, hair fixer, birthday girl, birthday boys wife, world traveler, parade go-er, birthday party gift buyer, mac & cheese maker, and I am sure the list could go on. This all was November. I am thinking back on November and now understand why in Dec, I am beat down tired. I don't know that I would change a thing though. So seriously, this is what we have been up to.

First week of November my grandmother moved into her new house. That was a bit of a task but I think it went much smoother than I expected. I expected to be all emotional, but I wasn't. She loves her new house, the other people have started moving in her old one. When my mom told me that she saw them moving in it made my tummy hurt but there were no tears. I still can't believe that's not her house. We have to get everyone over to the new house though. I think we have all been there but have not had the whole clan. I think we need to do that. Mental note to self - get everyone to grandmas. Next, we had a family wedding. My cousin Lauren got married. So we had rehearsal, and rehearsal dinner, and wedding day to prepare for since miss A was the flower girl. She was so stinkin' cute and got a little crush going with Lauren's cousins on her mom's side. Vincent was the ring bearer, and man they were inseparable for the entire time. The wedding was beautiful, my uncle looked so sharp walking her down the aisle. I cried (shocker) as they read their vows to each other. They both wrote there own and I so admire their ability to get the words out. I would have been a balling idiot up there.

The next week of Nov was birthday week fro Rich and I. I am freaking getting up there and Rich, well he hit the big 4-0. Its kinda cool that we both have birthdays the same week of November. Makes remembering easier on him I guess. Or maybe my dad is the only one that ever forgets birthdays. (that was a dig for my mom for all you wondering why I threw that in, they have been married for almost 40 years and he forgot this year. Ooops, that was not good!). Anyway, as always I chose Papasitos for dinner. Nothing better in the world than brochette shrimp and the butter sauce. I could make myself sick on those. The day after Rich's birthday we headed out to Panama. I worked, he played. But you already know that. Panama was ok, nothing to write home about except the canal. Its amazing. Even for me. Yes me the one that gets bored with historic things after 5 minutes. I could have sat on the balcony of the canal restaurant all day and watched the ships. Not that Panama would ever be on my bucket list, but if it was, I can now check the box.

After Panama, lets see...Falcon Club thanksgiving meal & meeting in Wimberly (that's where these cute photos came from); then Thanksgiving. It was the Robinson year for Thanksgiving, that means that everyone comes for Thanksgiving and the number at Christmas will be lower since most will be with the other side of their families for Christmas. It was 30 people at my mom's. Tons of foods, tons of family, tons of fun. I am thankful. So there is the recap of November.....

My handsome guy.
