We have a tradition to get the kids pictures taken at Budafest every year with an awesome Santa & Mrs. Claus. Budafest is a street festival that happens the first weekend of December. Not sure how long its been going on but we have been going for as long as I can remember. It used to be relatively small with lots of unique gifts, its grown into a pretty big deal, at least for a town the size of Buda. The kids wanted to have their faces painted, we held them off until after the photo opp.
Jaxon is telling Santa what he wants, a hockey hat & gloves. Alicyn asked for a flat screen tv and also translated for Jaxon:)
A little smile, not 100% sure about the whole thing but so much better than the screaming from last year.
While Alicyn got her face painted, Jaxon got to see a train. Some silly old lady was crossing the track and the train had to make an emergency stop to be sure she could make it across. Dumb people = jaxon getting to see a train live and in person!
Santa gave me a "tandy tane"!
The face painting went way better than expected. Jaxon sat soooo still. I was shocked.
And Alicyn is a pro, so not surprised she sat still too :)
