Like kids in a candy store

Grandma Colorado took us all to a tour of the Hammonds Candy factory while we were in Denver. This place is really cool. They have been making candy since 1920, you can find it in designer retail stores like Williams Sonoma or just visit the factory :). We listened to the history of Hammonds and then got to see them making candy. Can you believe that they have already started making Candy Canes for Christmas? In July!!!! They also make lots of chocolates too but the big claim to fame is the HUGE lollipops!

How can you resist one of these? Wonder how many licks it would take to finish this?

All kinds of uncommon flavors too! Rich liked the Apple Pie (I didn't), butter rum was my favorite. The kids just like them all :)

Silly daddy, as usual!
