Today was an exciting day for Alicyn. The whole kindergarten got to wear their PJ's (and slippers) to school today. Mrs. Farque made hot chocolate with marshmallows, that they enjoyed while watching Polar Express. Alicyn enjoyed the movie more than ever this year, she told grandma about the bell right off the bat when we saw her today. "You can only hear it if you believe" she said. Rich and I went up to the school to assist with the Holiday party. Mrs. Farque had all sorts of games, and crafts for the kids to do. Have I mentioned how I love her? She is SO sweet! The Elf on the Shelf (aka Charlie) had a gift for each child, and Mrs. Farque also bought them each a book. She even wrote a sweet note in it just for Alicyn. The kids decorated cookies, played holiday bingo, made ornaments, and had snacks. What a great way to finish up the day before a long Holiday break!!! (no pictures cause this goof ball mama forgot the camera, here's hoping Ms. Andrea got some shots :))
