Look who's 2!!!!

I just can't believe that Jaxon is already 2. Where does the time go? Seems like just yesterday he was sitting in my lap drinking a bottle. He is such a funny kid. We read all about those born on August 7th in the birthday book today, funny was one of the strengths! Jaxon is talking up a storm, he is using 3-4 word sentences mainly, and occasionally a 5 word sentence. We saw Dr. Getman yesterday, he confirmed that he is advanced with his motor and verbal skills. It was funny, he asked if he was using 2 words sentences, I said yes 3-4 and sometimes 5, and I said "I am surprised, I heard that boys don't talk but he sure does". Dr. Getman said, that's just a feminist myth, boys are just as smart as girls! Jaxon is in the 90% for height and weight (Alicyn was 90%/75% weight at this age), so we are thinking he is going to be a little bigger. He runs, jumps, and plays hockey like a pro. He has a mean slap shot, Rich is a proud hockey dad. I think he will be a defense man. We had a small get together at mom's on Saturday for cake, the bigger party will be later in the month when things are less hectic. (Beach, me traveling, Rich's mom coming, school starting and dance 2 days a week for now). Happy Birthday big boy!!!!
