He's got things to say; she's got things to write!

Jaxon is a talker. I actually was concerned that he would not talk, since I have heard all the stories about the 2nd's never needing to learn to talk since they have older siblings. Not the case with Mr J. Maybe its that Alicyn talks so much that he is taking after her. She talks to him and we hear her telling him to "use your words Jaxon". Everything is 2 words and occasionally 3 word sentences right now. Here's the latest....

no no gin-er (ginger is what he calls both cats, its usually nutmeg that is getting the no no's)

And Ms. Alicyn is a little writer!!! One of her homework assignments was to write 3 sentences about her field trip. Here's what she wrote.

I rod on a skol bus. We wnt to the park. We ate lunch and plad ther. (I rode on a school bus. We went to the park. We ate lunch and played there.)

I will have to scan it and post it, I thought it was so cute! She drew a picture of the school bus too. Amazing that the most exciting part of the field trip to the Paramount Theater was the school bus and the lunch stop. LOL. When she wants something, sometimes she writes us notes. Like the other day, when she wanted to buy that stupid animal thing from HEB, she drew a picture of the 2 of us, with a store in the background with H.E.B. on the sign and it said. I wnt to go to the stor. I hav 5 bucs. (I want to go to the store. I have $5 bucks)
